Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Logika: the website at logika.host, the console at app.logika.host, the API, the logika CLI, and the logika-otel enhancers (together, "the service"). The service is provided by Parallel Labs, S.L. ("Logika", "we", "us"). By signing in or using the service you accept these terms. If you accept them for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it, and "you" means that organisation.
1. Who we are
The service is provided by Parallel Labs, S.L., a Spanish company, NIF B05585526 (VAT ESB05585526), with registered office at Calle Calabria 171, 5º-3ª, 08015 Barcelona, Spain, registered in the Registro Mercantil de Barcelona, hoja B-664202, inscripción 1ª. Contact: support@logika.host.
2. The service
Logika is schema-first logging for software maintained by AI coding agents. Your repository declares a ledger of the events your code emits; your application sends them as OpenTelemetry spans through the logika-otel enhancer; Logika stores them, judges them against the ledger every few minutes, and raises anomalies into your project's queue, telling the members who subscribed by email.
The coding agent that investigates and fixes anomalies is yours: it runs on your own machine, started by logika monitor, with your own AI provider's subscription. Logika calls no AI models, and runs no code in your systems. A Start button in an email or the console asks your own monitor to launch your agent; what the agent does, with the permissions you gave it, is your action.
We improve the service continuously, and may change or remove features. We will tell you in advance of a change that materially reduces what a paid tier includes.
3. Accounts and access
- You sign in with GitHub or Google. Your account is tied to your verified email address.
- The CLI, your agent and your CI authenticate with tokens: each belongs to you, in one project, and acts with your role there. Keep tokens out of version control, as you would a password; revoke a leaked one from the console. You are responsible for what is done with your tokens.
- Your applications send data with SDK keys, one per ledger and environment. They can only send data, never read it.
- Only members of a project receive its emails and can act on it. On Growth and Scale, owners invite collaborators as owners, editors or viewers.
- You must be at least 18. Logika is a tool for professional software development; if you use it as a consumer, the rights consumer law gives you are unaffected by these terms.
4. Projects, tiers and prices
- Every account gets one free demo project, bound to its verified email address.
- Every other project is a separate subscription to one tier, paid monthly in advance through Stripe, at the prices on the pricing page. Each paid project has its own payment method and its own invoices; any owner of the project can manage them.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. Logika is registered for VAT in Spain; tax is added at checkout as the law requires: EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged, and customers in Spain pay Spanish VAT. Consumers elsewhere in the EU currently pay Spanish VAT under the EU small-seller rules; when our cross-border sales exceed the EU threshold, they pay their own country's rate instead. Customers outside the EU pay no EU VAT. The exact tax, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
- No overage fees. Each tier has a storage quota. Storing more than it shortens how long data is kept, never what we accept: we do not refuse data or charge for it.
- You can move a project up a tier at any time. A move down is made when the project fits the lower tier (its members within the seats, and its last 30 days of storage within the quota).
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next billing period after that.
5. Cancellation, missed payments and the 30-day notice
- You can cancel a project's subscription at any time, in the console or Stripe's billing portal. It then ends with the period already paid; nothing more is charged. Deleting a project or your account cancels the projects concerned.
- From the moment a subscription is cancelled or a payment is missed, the project is on notice for 30 days. During those days it keeps working exactly as before: data is accepted and judged, the agent loop runs, the console works. Unless you cancelled deliberately, every owner is emailed on days 3, 7, 14 and 29.
- On day 30 the project's data is deleted from our servers, permanently, and every owner is told; backup copies age out within 14 days of deletion. Renewing or paying at any time before then ends the notice, with no new checkout.
- Deleting your account removes it 30 days later; signing in within those days lets you keep it.
- Apart from the 14-day refund in section 6, fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
6. Refunds within 14 days, and your right of withdrawal
- If you cancel a project within 14 days of its first payment, we refund that payment in full. This applies to everyone, businesses included, and to each paid project separately: the 14 days start on the day you first pay for that project, at checkout. There is no deduction for the days the project ran, and you do not need to give a reason.
- This is how we honour the right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the law gives you 14 days from the day the contract for a project is concluded (its checkout) to withdraw from it without giving a reason. A paid project starts working the moment checkout completes; you do not have to give up your right of withdrawal for that, and withdrawing within the 14 days gets you the full refund above, not a refund reduced by what was used.
- How to withdraw and get the refund. Tell us within the 14 days, by email to support@logika.host, naming the project and the email address of your account. You can use the model withdrawal form in the annex below, but you do not have to; any clear statement is enough, and it is in time if you send it before the 14 days end. Cancelling in the console or the billing portal stops further charges, and we also cancel the subscription when you write to us if you have not.
- What happens next. We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving your request, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you. The project is then cancelled like any other (section 5): it keeps working through the 30-day notice and is deleted at its end unless you renew it, which is a new purchase.
- After the 14 days, cancelling works as section 5 describes, with no refund for the period already paid.
7. Your data
- It is yours. "Customer data" is what your applications send to Logika and what the service derives from it: analytics, anomalies and their evidence. You give us the right to store, process and display it only to provide the service to you, keep it secure, and meet our legal obligations.
- You decide what is sent. You confirm that you are entitled to send it and that sending it is lawful. Mark personal data as
piiin your ledger and configure a key: the enhancer then encrypts it in your application, together with everything the ledger does not describe, and we never see it in plaintext. Values you do not mark and do not encrypt are stored as sent and are readable by our operators. Do not send passwords, secrets, or payment card data. - Personal data. Where customer data contains personal data, you are the controller and we are your processor. The data processing agreement applies and is part of these terms. What we collect about you as a user is described in the privacy policy.
- Retention. Raw data is kept for your tier's window (30 days on paid tiers, 3 on the free demo), shorter when a project exceeds its quota. Analytics summaries and anomaly evidence are kept for as long as the project exists. Logika is not an archive: keep your own copy of anything you must keep.
- Where. Customer data is stored and processed in the European Union.
8. Acceptable use
Do not: attack, overload or probe the service or other customers, except through responsible disclosure to security@logika.host; try to circumvent quotas, limits or the free demo's one-per-person rule; send malware or content you have no right to send; resell the service without our written consent; or use it to break the law. We may throttle, suspend or close an account that does, after warning you where we reasonably can.
9. Our software and the open-source parts
We own the service, the CLI, the enhancers and the documentation. You may use them for as long as you use the service. Open-source components remain under their own licences. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is designed so that data your applications send is retried rather than lost when ingest is briefly unavailable, and loss is reported as evidence, never silently. Status is published at status.logika.host.
11. Agent output
Analysis and changes made by your coding agent are produced by your agent, not by us. Review them as you would any other change before relying on them in production.
12. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, revenue or goodwill, or for loss caused by your agent's actions, by data you did not mark or encrypt, or by not keeping your own copies of data.
- Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us for the project concerned in those 12 months.
13. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time by deleting your projects and your account (section 5). We may end it for a material breach you have not remedied after notice, or for convenience with 30 days' notice and a refund of any prepaid, unused fees. Sections 7, 9, 12 and 15 survive the end of the agreement.
14. Changes to these terms
We will email account holders at least 15 days before a material change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then; using the service after that date means you accept the change.
15. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Barcelona, Spain, have jurisdiction, except where the law gives a consumer the right to use the courts where they live.
16. Contact
Annex: model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. This is the model form in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
To:
Parallel Labs, S.L., Calle Calabria 171, 5º-3ª, 08015 Barcelona, Spain. Email: support@logika.host.
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: the Logika subscription for the project named ____________________
Ordered on (the date of its checkout): ____________________
Name of the account holder: ____________________
Email address of the Logika account: ____________________
Address of the account holder: ____________________
Signature (only if this form is sent on paper): ____________________
Date: ____________________
This is a summary in plain words. The full text is the one that binds; where the two differ, the full text applies.
Logika is run by Parallel Labs, a small company in Barcelona. You sign in with GitHub or Google, your code sends us its events, and we tell you when something looks wrong so your own coding agent can fix it. The agent runs on your machine with your own AI subscription; we never run code in your systems or call AI models ourselves.
Each project beyond the free demo is its own monthly subscription, in US dollars. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and you see the exact amount before you pay. Storing more than your tier's quota never costs extra: we keep your data for a shorter time instead.
Changed your mind? Cancel a project within 14 days of its first payment and we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Just email support@logika.host. After that, cancelling stops future charges. When a project is cancelled or a payment is missed, it keeps working for 30 days, then its data is deleted from our servers; backup copies age out within 14 days of deletion.
Your data is yours. We use it only to run the service for you. Mark personal data in your ledger and set a key, and it is encrypted before it leaves your application, so we cannot read it. Don't send passwords, secrets or card numbers.
Play fair: no attacking the service, dodging limits, or breaking the law with it. We do our best to keep everything running, but we can't promise it never breaks, and what your agent changes is yours to review. Spanish law applies, and if you're a consumer you keep every right your own country's law gives you.
