Subprocessors

These are the companies that process personal data for Logika. Changes to the list are announced here and by email to project owners at least 30 days ahead, as the data processing agreement sets out.

Customer data

Your telemetry, and what the service derives from it, is processed only by these, all in the European Union:

CompanyPurposeLocation
Scaleway SASdedicated servers that run Logika and store everything: the database, and each project's spans, log records and analyticsParis, France
Scaleway SAS (Transactional Email)sending notification emails (anomalies, agent reports, account notices) to the members subscribed to themFrance
Backblaze, Inc. (B2 Cloud Storage)backups: a copy of every project's files and the database's encrypted continuous backup, with a different provider in a different country from the serversEU Central region, Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Account data

Data about you as a Logika user (see the privacy policy) is processed by the companies above and also by:

CompanyPurposeLocation
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.payments, subscriptions, invoices, VAT, the billing portal. Holds your card details and billing address; we never see your card numberIreland; may transfer to Stripe, Inc. in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses
Porkbun LLCdomain registration for logika.host, and forwarding of email sent to our @logika.host addresses (support, security) to our team's mailboxesUnited States, under Standard Contractual Clauses
Google LLC (Gmail / Google Workspace)mailboxes that receive email sent to our @logika.host addresses after forwarding; our replies to youUnited States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework

Not subprocessors

  • GitHub and Google sign you in, when you choose them. You have your own account with them, and for signing in each is its own controller (Google's mailboxes for our email are a separate service, listed above). GitHub also hosts the CLI's downloads.
  • Your coding agent and its AI provider are yours: logika monitor runs your agent on your machine with your subscription, and Logika calls no AI models.

This is a summary in plain words. The full text is the one that binds; where the two differ, the full text applies.

A few other companies help us run Logika. Your telemetry only ever goes to two of them, both in the EU: Scaleway, whose servers in France run everything and send our emails, and Backblaze, which keeps our backups in Amsterdam.

Your account data also passes through three more, in Ireland or the United States: Stripe handles payments, Porkbun runs our domain and forwards email you send to our addresses, and Google hosts the mailboxes that receive it and send our replies.

GitHub and Google also sign you in if you choose them, but that is your own account with them. Your coding agent and its AI provider are yours, not ours. We tell project owners at least 30 days before we add anyone to this list.
